Enroll in a My Spark Lesson Today!

Thanks to the Denver City Council’s recent  amendment, My Spark will continue to serve families in 2025!

Extended Spending Period for Current Participants:

Families accepted from July-December 2024 will have additional time to spend their remaining funds.

Funding for 2025: Families who fully utilized their My Spark funds will have the opportunity to reapply for additional funding in 2025. Moreover, we’re thrilled to welcome new youth who will gain access to My Spark funding for the first time in 2025.

How Does it Work?

My Spark Denver provides $1,000 debit cards directly to DPS students and families so that they can choose the youth activities that they’re most interested in.

Eligibility

You and your child(ren) are eligible for My Spark Denver if you answer YES to all of the following questions.

  • Do you have a middle school student?
  • Does this student attend a Denver Public School (includes charter and innovation schools)?
