Special Needs / Neurodiverse Lessons

We offer private swim instruction for swimmers who are neurodiverse and/or have other special needs. With our 1:1 lesson model, we can provide a tailored experience for your swimmer focused on their needs.

The instructor for these lessons is Traci Rock. Coach Traci has been teaching and coaching swimming for 35 years. She has been trained and certified by the USSA in teaching kids who have special needs or neurodiversities. She is deeply committed to ensuring that everyone can swim.

Coach Traci will assess each swimmer and modify her lesson according to each child’s ability and willingness to certain skills. There are a few different environments for our lessons including a small, warm and low sensory pool in Wheat Ridge and Aurora Central HS.

At Swimming Simply we will make sure that everyone is aligned on the goals for the swimmer. We can work with you if you have agency funding for these lessons.
